Great features, but vibrates second floor

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 2 months ago. Installed by PC Richards. Great features and washes the clothes great. Only disappointment is the amount of vibration and shaking the washer causes throughout the house. It is on the second floor and mounted on a pedestal. I added rubber feet which helped, but it still shakes the house.

Very attractive, many cycles, but some extra suds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the washer for just over a month and I'm very pleased with my purchase. The pedestal was on back-order for a few weeks, so I experienced the washer at both heights and the lift really does make a tremendous difference in appearance and experience. My only concern is that even when I use the minimum recommended amount of HE detergent I still get some extra suds in the rings at the end of the cycle. I've started adding the extra rinse option to every wash, but this still hasn't completely alleviated the issue.

Nice functions and good cleaning power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Nice machine. I was expecting a much quieter spin cycle. Very high rev motor. Dont think I'd want to be on the bottom floor of this machine ? I live in a house and it shakes quite a bit. Service had to come out to fix the new dryer and recommended spin cycle should go no higher than medium due to the powerful motor. Main reason for 3 stars.
