Great washer with one problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer washes amazingly, and the 15 min wash program is awesome. Only complaint... socks constantly get stuck in the rubber drain by the door, and then the load won't drain. For such an awesome machine, it seems like such a dumb problem.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this unit for the selling point of "quiet Spin" no vibration, for a second floor Condo.
Quiet spin as advertised. Unit does make other noises during pre-wash cycle and a little during actual wash cycle. There is a load thumping noise as the pump(s) pull water in from the water lines. Actually causes the pipes in the walls to vibrate and make noises. Kind of a thump noise.
That is my only complaint and I'm afraid eventually it may cause my pipes to loosen and leak. (Hoping not)
Haven't used the steam feature yet, but I like all the setting options available. From spin speed to water temp., to time of wash cycles, etc. Nice big drum for larger washes/items. Cool interior lighting and external lighting on dash.
Cleans great and option to use powder detergent or Liquid. I prefer the liquid now and it's also recommended to use liquid detergent.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Paid reviews are no different than a comercial

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought into the hype of the paid bloggers reviews and I now, unfortunately, have a washer that I hate. It was even $300 more for the refurbished model than than the brand new larger one that I wanted. It is too small. I hate front load washers. The wash cycles are too long... 47 min for a regular load or over 2 hours for the sanitize. I don't like the control panel. There is a bright light in the front that is blinding as you try to load the washer. I have only had it a few days, but I am ready to sell it on Craigs list at a loss.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
