Some ugly blue stains that transferred from a new garment to other clothes came out using the stain cycle - I thought the clothes were ruined! Love the interior light. and the
subtle end-of-cycle beep rather than an annoying buzzer.

Beautifully designed and exceptional performance

I was replacing a front load washer and was considering making a switch to a top load. The reviews and ratings of this washer could not have been more accurate. The Electrolux has performed as advertised. I would highly recommend this washer.

missing components

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was extremely disappointed to find that the brackets to mount the unit on top of the pedestal were missing in the shipment. It took 2 weeks and another installation appointment to complete the installation. Also, the washer left quite a bit of soap residue in the tub, even with the "minimum" amount of HE liquid detergent. We have another older unit in another place that works fine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Our records indicate that your missing brackets were sent next day with expedited shipping. I am glad to read that the installation of them is completed. Soap residue can be caused by cold water washes, which may not completely dissolve and remove detergents. If there is water along with suds left in the washer, this would be a matter related to the drain hose. The drain hose standpipe may be too tall (maximum standpipe height is 8’), the house drain pipes may be clogged, or the hose may be kinked or clogged. Should you have any questions, please reconnect directly, by calling our Customer Engagement Center at 1-877-4ELECTROLUX (1-877-435-3287). Good Washing Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall I am pleased with my new washer. I like the many wash cycles and the ease of customizing the cycle to my laundry. I would give it 5 stars, but although it is advertised as not vibrating, and being good for second floor laundry rooms, it shakes the whole house whenever it spins.
