So Far So Good

I can wash my king and queen size bedding in the same load! I like all of the settings and especially like the eco cold setting when I need to wash delicate, true cold water items.

Great Size & Features with Reversible Door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remodeled my laundry room and my washer is on the right with the dryer on the left. These are the only products I could find that have reversible doors. That alone is not the reason to buy, they are amazing machines.

Disappointed:(

I bought this because it was recommended to me by salesperson in store. I am extremely unhappy and dissapointed with product. The machine does not rinse out the soap well. After each load I have suds in the rubber all around the door and on the door too. I had repair come twice, my matching is 3 months new, and still no improvement! I am looking into getting a different brand. Ironicall, after all my research I recommend this machine to 2 family members and they are both extremely satisfied with appliance. Go figure....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with us, Momm22pink. I understand that your experiencing oversudsing, it is recommend to use a low-sudsing, high efficiency detergent to prevent oversudsing in front load washers. If you notice a situation where oversudsing has been detected by the washer will result in the washer requiring additional rinses until the suds have been cleared. Each extra rinse the washer performs to clear the suds will add approximately 5 minutes to the cycle duration. The L.E.D. will display “SU” followed by “dS” and then the remaining cycle time (0 min) for 60 seconds and then repeat. Acknowledge the oversuds condition by pressing the cancel button.
