[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer 3 months ago and the spin cycle sounds like its about to take off on a runway. Friends and family all say that it sounds as if about to explode
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice machine when it worked

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine worked well for 3 months, then the motor failed. Working with Electrolux to get it fixed has been slow, and we will be at least 3 weeks without a washer for a family of 5. Not really what I was looking for when purchasing a good appliance.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best ever frontloading washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After carefully researching washing machines I settled on this Electrolux. I had started with the idea that I wanted specific features like a prewash and also wanted to know the extact washing temperatures. I'm so happy I let go of these! This machine's stain treat options are wonderful, and way better than prewashing. While I still would prefer to know how warm or hot the water actually gets, I'm now comfortable just washing on eco cold if needed, as this machine cleans laundry so incredibly well. It is also quiet, has some very quick programs, and longer programs if needed. All in all a very, very good buy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had the product for 3 weeks and the drain pump vibrates. Called company and sent repairman out going to fix. Washes great just the noise from bad drain pump.
