Great appliances, and superb quality

Best choice I ever made

I absolutely love my Electrolux washer and dryer pair. Very economical and clothes smell and feel so fresh. I am also very happy to have include the pedestal/drawers. The reversible doors was the icing on the cake! I highly recommend these to anyone who is looking for the best of the best.

The "StainSoak" starts by premixing water, detergent, and stain remover before the cycle begins to create a powerful, yet gentle cleaning solution. Overpriced !

washer and dryer are quite nice, but probably not worth the extra cost.

Soap residue

Bad feature

I purchased the 617 series front loader yesterday.
The panel is black with no back light to show what wash you select.
It is almost impossible to see any of the cycles unless you stare at it about two inches away. My basement fluorescent fixture is behind the washer and dryer and this the worst design to see the cycles. The only thing that lights up are the digital minutes and a small dot next to the cycle selected.
Why in the world did they make the entire face of this machine black without a back light to illuminate for cycle selection?
