Easy to use for adults and teens.

Honestly, this is the best washer I've ever owned. I had a front loader before that I loved but this one tops it. I love the variety of options I have and the size of the tub.

Happy wash days

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had this set installed stacked in my new house build. Love that the dryer can be at a convenient height for retrieving small items like socks. The cycle times are somewhat shorter than my 2015 set of another brand but the dirty work farm clothes come out much cleaner. As a bonus the units are very quiet.

Great washer for multi family household

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my unit in February 2018. Its been great! The unit will get smelly after multiple uses but after doing the recommended monthly cleaning with bleach the smell goes away and the unit appears brand new again

Not Happy

The main gasket that keeps water from running out of the machine to the floor is poorly designed so that when unloading the washer if there is anything that can snag on it like a zipper it can rip the gasket. I am now on my 2nd replacement. Not easy fixes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sorry to hear you are having this issue, donthaveone! To reduce tears from zippers, be sure to zip zippers and fasten fasteners before putting the clothes in the wash.
