Broke three days after warranty ended

I bought this on September 21, 2017. On September 24, 2018, the front door started leaking and flooded the laundry room. Not cool.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best Washing Machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased two Electrolux washers in our new home on the recommendation of our appliance dealer and we could not be happier. They washers are efficient, quiet and well built.. Our wash has never looked better.

Quiet washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the light Inside the drum. You’re less likely to leave small items in there. Good capacity and quiet operation.
It does not have as many programs as I had hoped. No wool cycle or spin only. It also does not spin out as much water as my other older whirlpool that was made in Germany which spins faster and longer.

Thanks for your feedback, Sylvi! To run a Spin Only cycle, select the Rinse and Spin cycle and deselect the Extra Rinse option. The Delicates cycle would probably be best for wool. You can adjust the spin speed on many cycles to max, high, medium, or low. ~ Brandi

My Favorite Thing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bough my Electrolux a month and a half ago and I must say upfront that it’s my first personal washing machine. Nearly my whole adult life I’ve used laundromats or shared apartment based facilities and when the opportunity presented itself that I could but my own machine I took it.. I spent several months researching which machine was best.. which cleaned best ? Which was the most efficient? Which brand has features tat we’re still usable a year two years down the road... etc.
What I found was very confusing. I am a tech person so it was important to me to have lots of cool buttons and settings and fun stuff I could never do at a laundromat. Sounds silly maybe but it was important to me.
I chose electrolux because it was the best machine rated that year, it’s made of durable materials, it has a steam cycle that freshens mildewy clothes (I have a dog) and it cleans throw rugs and runners.
My favorite thing is that it clicks when it’s done and it has a light inside.
Mine lives in my kitchen, it’s awesome and I wear clean clothes everyday and I never have to wait for some jerk to move thier clothes to a dryer.
Dream.Come.True.

Clothes Cleaner Than Ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a month ago and clothes definitely cleaner and fresher. Have used the Sanitize mode and can tell it really gets out lingering odors. Another great feature is how simple it is to operate. Even though it has tons of features and options the main control knob selects all the right combinations for the specific load of clothes.
