Not working consistently well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have not had this long and one day it made a loud bang noise. Since then it either has no water in it or so much itbbuis completely full of bubbles and soap. It pulls softener when it should be soap sometimes.. it rinses with hot during a cold wash. Clothes come out dirty when water level is low. Not happy!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The best washer. Ever.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer six months ago and I couldn't be more pleased. I had tried two different LG models, both of which claimed to be low vibration, but they never were. 9 times out of 10 they ended up shaking the house. The Electrolux washer...hands down one of the quietest and best cleaning washers I've ever owned. I would not hesitate to get another.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this machine for a month and it works great. I would recommend not using detergent pods unless you have a full drum because sometimes they won't dissolve in smaller loads. Otherwise, it is modern and light. More compact that my old GE.
