Great features and quiet!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What is there not to like about this machine. I had an lg I had several problems with the water pump. We had to replace 2 of them until finally it just died. The main computer board it was a fuse that blew. I love the quick wash only taking 20 min it has definitely saved some time on only needing a few things washed. It has many more options than my prior machine.
The programming is a great feature I have set each selection to how we use it so I don’t have to go set it for when my son needs to wash clothes and I’m not home.
I know when the day comes and I have to replace my dryer I will be going with and Electrolux.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointing washer

This is a great looking washer and I had high hopes for great performance. Unfortunately, and much to my dismay, even when selecting cold wash, the rinse cycle is still with hot water. This is ruining my delicate clothes, which I have had to start washing by hand. I have called an Electrolux certified technician who came and said a part needed replacing, said they ordered and it would take 8-10 days. I never heard from them again and have had no return calls when leaving a message on their phone line.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Washer
