It runs so quiet and the countdown timer is great to have. The cycle complete tone is pleasant and isn't horrible like other brands. Buy this machine!!

The only washer like this with a reversible door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought this because it was the only front loader with a reversible door. We are very happy with its performance, and especially the "sanitize" feature. This makes moldy, mildew smelling dish rags smell fresh again. We can't believe it. What we do not like is the finish. It scratches so incredibly easy (from just sliding a smooth, empty laundry basket across the top of it), it's shocking. That never happened on our 20 year old front loader.

So far so good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it one month. Third front loader, different brand than the others. Long wash times like all front loaders. Put too much soap in a load of rags and soap leaked out door and bubbles filled window. Door has to be gently shut with a wiggle.
