Excellent capacity and cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have used this washer for a few weeks now. This washer seems to clean my laundry much better than my old top load machine, all while using an impossibly small amount of water. I have a first floor laundry room, right off the kitchen. One of the best things about this unit is how quiet it is. It makes very little noise, even while spinning.
Speaking of spinning, this is the only reason I have deducted a star. I spent a long time carefully leveling the washer, because I know how critical it is on a front load machine. Even with all that effort, it shakes the floor quite a bit, and can be felt about 20 feet from the laundry room.
I will also add I did not notice any floral odors inside the drum, as was mentioned in other reviews. Maybe they changed something in manufacturing?

Love It, Bought 2!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Honestly, this is just a big dependable washing machine that gets things really clean. If that's what you need, you'll like it. I bought my first set last summer after doing a bunch of internet research. I liked it so much that when my second washer (I have 2 laundry set ups and 6 kids) went out, 9 months later, I got another set of the exact same machines.
What I love most about the dryer is the instant refresh. What I love most about the washer is that the steam setting lets me sterilize stuff when a stomach bug hits. If I still had kids in diapers, I would love that even more.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features. Works like it should. Only issue is the height while on pedestal. Have to keep foldable foot stool in front of unit to put in soap, etc. Other than that, I love this set!
