Simply a cleaning machine!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this washer to replace my 2005 model front loader which served me well. I had remained pleased with that washer over twelve years but, my new Electrolux obviously has much advanced cleaning technology! From the first loads I immediately noticed the whites were whiter and the clothes were generally cleaner. I love the simple programmed control panel and the "extended refresh" option is really a benefit since the washer is in the garage and I often don't get to a finished load of casuals until 30 mins or so after the cycle ends. Also, I've noticed the washer is quieter than my previous one. Over, I'm delighted with my purchase!

My only problem was balancing the machine so the door stays just slightly ajar (it was swinging open) as we like to leave it open to air dry to avoid musty smell that front loading machines can get.

As I get older I am preparing my home so that I can live with ease and comfort. The cleaning power is awesome. This is a quiet machine. I find it easy to operate and it is quite attractive. The optional pedestal is a must if you have mobility issues.
