[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this model for a couple months and like it a lot. Very quiet with good capacity. Has a very fast "High" spin speed which makes it tough on clothes - so only ever use the "Medium" spin speed which is as fast as most other machines "High" speed. Clothes cleaning is about as expected for a HE washer... not as effective at tough stains and grease stains as an agitator washer but with pre-treatment most come out. Like the cycle choices and efficiency, quiet operation, and size. Would buy it again.

Still getting used to it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this along with the dryer pair as a Christmas gift for my wife, who absolutely loves it. We bought the pair primarily because apparently Electrolux is the only brand that has a reversible washer drawer, which was important for the way our house was built. Boy were we glad that it was an Electrolux. Beautiful, functional, and extremely quiet compared to our previous top loading models. The controls are very intuitive and easy to operate. We have had not one issue with either unit. Bought from Sears who delivered and set the units up perfectly. We are extremely happy with Electrolux and would recommend them to anyone.

Great Washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased a month ago and I am very happy with the way it washes the clothes (so clean!), how quiet it is and how intuitive the controls are. I especially like the sanitize setting as I have a dog, and this is how I get that doggy smell out of her bedding.
I deducted one star because my machine had an immediate problem - we discovered a leak within a week of using - but Electrolux sent out someone to take care of it ASAP. We did have to wait two weeks for the part to arrive, which bummed us out. Laundry was piling up! It's fixed now.

So many options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this machine a few weeks ago, and I absolutely love it. The options give me total control over my loads--set it and forget it. I love the quick wash for those things that just need refreshing, and I can preset temperature, soil level, always giving as much wash as needed but not more than needed. I especially love how the spin gets all of the water out before it goes into the dryer, resulting in less dryer time, and a softer dry.
