[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine works well and I love how quiet it is. On redesign, I’d make the control panel more easy to read. It needs more contrast or backlight.

Perfect machine, so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced a high efficiency top-load washer with this Electrolux front-load washer -- the difference is night and day! (Granted, I hated that top loader from the first time I used it...) This machine does a great job of cleaning, doesn't leave soap residue, is quiet, and has easy to use and see controls/display. I really like the instant refresh setting -- I can pop in a few items (knit pants, sweater, blouse, etc.) before I leave for work and have wrinkle-free, fresh looking garments to wear.

Great washer

The only thing that I have any complaints about is that the floor in front of the washer vibrates when it is on the spin cycle. Didn't really have that problem with my previous washer but it's not something that would dissuade me from purchasing this particular brand.

2nd floor, no vibrations

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased the washer a month ago. We had an Electrolux washer before and I loved it. So that is why we decided to purchase a Electrolus washer again. We had our washer on the second floor and put the new washer on the second floor. We never had any trouble with our old Electrolux washer with vibration, but the new washer is vibrating. We put in a call to Electrolux and they are sending someone to check it over. It really vibrates. That is why we purchased the Electrolux washer in the first place. We'll have to wait and see what they figure out about why the washer is vibrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
