I went around other brands and was not satisfied until i checked out Electrolux. The ease of operation , construction and features sold me. Very happy with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not wild about having a front loader. I miss my top loader! Would have preferred a stainless steel exterior. The graphite is just a little dark for my tastes. Cleans well. The rubber gasket gets smelly, but now I wipe both the glass door and bottom of gasket (inside) with every last load. It's a habit. I am use to a top load washer (no smell). Has more features than I really need, yet I try most of them. Like 15 minute cycle; steam feature. It spins very dry. I wish the end of cycle chime was a lot louder. I can't hear it. I even tried a baby monitor so I could hear better when I am in a different room. The top of the w/d gets scratched rather easily (I fold clothing on top
of them). I like (need the feature) that the door is reversible. That is the main reason I bought them. I treat my washer very gently so it will last long. Wish it were smaller in size. Sticks out a bit so it's not flush with my cabinetry. There are just the two (2) of us, so it is larger than I need. I don't like it when my sheets wad into a ball as the go around in the washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this about a month ago because our old washer was leaking pretty bad. This one seems to clean the clothes pretty well. I read several reviews about loud vibrations during spin cycle. Maybe we’re just used to what front loaders do or maybe because our laundry room sits on a slab but I wouldn’t say this is any worse than what other front loaders are. I’m hoping this one lasts a bit longer than our lest washer.
