[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my washer and dryer when I moved in to my newly constructed townhome. The prewash mixing of the soap and water really make a difference. The gentle cycle is great for my delicates!

Very disappointed

Purchased this machine in June 2017. When hot water fills it makes a terrible buzzing sound. Contacted Electrolux for repair and they sent very poor repair team to fix. Water valve unit was replaced but then machine threw code and was told two additional parts were needed including new control panel. Was without a machine for almost a month before a different repair company was sent to discover it just needed to be reset. Still makes terrible buzzing sound with hot water fill and now spin cycle is squeaking badly. It is less than 6 months old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
