First front loader

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this front load washer 1 month ago and already regret getting a front load washer. The biggest complaint is the washer remains wet all the time, the soaps, fabric softener etc. in the tray do not fully disolve or remain filled in the cups.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

BEST WASHER!
