Simple to operate.
Cleans clothes better than any other machine I’ve owned.
Quiet while in operation.
Washes without complexity as controls are simple.
Also looks great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Had it for about 3 months. Working good so far. Have not used all the features yet but normal cycles seem to be too aggressive on the clothes so have to limit to delicate cycles for most of normal wash.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When these 2 units are stacked as we had to because of space limits the dryer controls require a stool to see. Would be handy to have a model that the controls would be easier to see if you are not 6ft 6in tall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I made this into a stackable. Problem is it’s so low to the ground I have to get on my knees to empty it. But, I like the light inside and all the options for the washing. I also changed the door opening from the right side to the left side. The instructions for doing it myself were perfect

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this washer for two months now and it’s been great! Wish I could say the same for the dryer... dryer overheated, ruined a few sets of sheets and blankets. Will be returning both appliances due to the dryer issue.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the first front loader I’ve ever had but so far it’s been great. Our clothes have been itchy since we’ve started using it though. I don’t know if it gets the clothes clean or what.

Gosh! Alicat825, have you changed your detergent or fabric softener since purchasing the new washer? Sometimes, detergents can irritate your skin, especially if too much is being used. You stated this is your first front loading washer, and detergent needs can be different from a regular top loading washer. Please ensure you are using a HE (high efficiency) detergent, in the amounts recommended.
