Working great now

I did not realize that the men who hooked it up did not turn the water shut offs on, so when I attempted to wash my first load, the door locked and an error code appeared. We tried everything, even watching YouTube videos that the company suggested, nothing worked. We ultimately had to have a repairman come to fix it at no cost to us. Now that the water is turned on , it's working great!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great features. Wasn't sure I would care about the steam feature, but works great, the allergen feature is awesome, my towels are softer. My old bathrobe is once again white, free of stains and is fluffy and soft. This washer works miracles!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago and I am so happy I did it washes and drys clothes so good I have never had a pair work as good as these Do! I am over the moon happy with them. I own my own farm and work on it all day, this is the first set I used that actually gets my barn clothes clean and smell good and soft again after washing them!
