Great Features for Every Need

Not worth the money

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not the best made! The soap tray is shoddy and it always has water in the trays with no way to empty them. Sin is starting to get noisy after only 2 months. They charge you extra for everything! If you need the dryer rack, it’s extra, if you need the doors reversed that to is extra!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I hate that you are not fully happy with your purchase. Small amounts of water remain in bleach and fabric softener compartments. This is a result of the siphoning action and is part of the normal operation of the washer. Water may be removed by removing the dispenser drawer (see Care and Cleaning in the manual) and draining water into the empty drum or sink. If the drying rack is not a part of your drying, it would be considered as an accessory.
Also, reversing the doors is dealing with Installation, which is not covered under your warranty and that could possibly be the explanation for any charges you may have been advised of. You are able to view any warranty information the manual that originally comes with your washer or by clicking on the following link ftp://ftp.electrolux-na.com/ProdInfo_PDF/Webster/A04173801Ben.pdf.
