I like the features however...

Slick washer except for hot water temperature

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just upgraded to this washer and matching dryer based on all the positive reviews. Very impressed by design, ease of use and wash options. The size is just right as well, not too bulky externally and lots of room for large loads. The only issue which is a major fail is that the hot water cycle does not get hot. We had an Electrolux technician in to investigate and he confirmed that hot water was available as the sanitize cycle gets nice and hot but the hot water option does not seem to work on the normal cycle, the water remains cold. The technician contacted Electrolux who said that the hot water temperature option is self regulating and mixes hot and cold water and that this behaviour is normal. However, I sat through an entire cycle and checked the water temperature at each point and it remains cold. I would rate this much higher if I did not have this hot water issue.

Great washing machine

Quiet machine

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this washer for 3 months and I really like it. There are many options to clean clothes, clothes actually come out clean and the machine is very quiet when running. Even the finished alarm is "gentle"
