Great washing machine with exception of vibration

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The machine is great and cleans amazing. However my new model 617 washer vibrates during its spin cycle. I installed it on a stainless drain pan with a vibration pad under the pan and the machine is perfectly level. I removed all of the shipping bolts and installed the plugs. I am by profession a rocket scientist so i don't think there is a serviceman out there that will be able to set it up differently to make the vibration go a away. Simply put if the load is not equally distributed while spinning a vibration like this will be induced and can only be damped by a internal system similar to Samsung's system. Electrolux does not elaborate on their system only that they have a second floor guarantee. I cannot find information on what that means or what they do to warranty the second floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washer gets stains out well with special cycles for each stain type. Also, the 15 min. Quickwash cycle has been very handy!

An amazing Washer that Lives up to its reviews!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After our LG front load washer bit the dust. We started to look for a new front load washer. We saw all the positive reviews on this online and decided to give it a shot. I have to say it lives up to its reviews. Clothes come out clean and fresh. The large capacity of this washer has cut our washing time down by more than half. Our current dryer still works but we now want to get the matching dryer so that we can fit all the clothes the washing machine can fit and not have to do two dryer loads to one washer load. (small dryer) When we got the washer the liquid soap attachment was missing that you put the soap in. So I emailed Electrolux customer support and they where fast to respond and got the missing part right out to me in a very timely manner.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best washer I've ever owned

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Without a doubt the best washer I've owned. Quiet, flexible wash cycles, many useful features. Performs great on our teen boys dirty (and stinky) laundry! A real upgrade from our 10 year old front loader set.
