Great washer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this washer a month ago and I’m very happy with it. I love the different programs and the 15-minute wash program is super convenient and I’ve also used the delicate cycle for wool sweaters. That it’s energy and water efficient was important to me.

ability to customize your wash loads

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had to purchase a new washing machine about every 7 yrs. This is the most amazing washing machine I have ever owned. The options available to customize my wash loads can't be beat. The only thing it needs is an option to load itself, and I am surprised it doesn't have that feature.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and have used only the basic features. Some features I will never use. I'd say it seems to wash the clothes okay and I like the size of the washing bin. What I don't like: (1) the washing takes a long time, (2) I don't like having to scroll through options to get what I want. I would much prefer seeing my option, like "normal," and be able to hit that option than scroll through all the available options to find what I want (and sometimes you go passed what you want and have to start the scrolling again). That is tedious and time consuming. For a brand that costs more than others, I would not recommend it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

A washer that works as well as my old Neptune

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After years using my front load washer named after a planet, I replaced it with an energy star top loader. Thought a top loader would be easier on the back. What a disaster! While I wish this unit had a higher/tilted tub for easy access, it performs wonderfully. This is the ONLY front loader with reversible door!
