Absolutely LOVE my washer!!

Because of that, I was able to use just about all the features and cycles. I was so pleased with the results!! The washer works exactly as described.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was initially overwhelmed at the time of purchase with the number of options (on all washers). After taking 10 minutes to really play with the cycles and options, I was good to go! The features I love the most: delayed start, soap and water pre-mix with the water being "sprinkled over the top of the clothes" and the refresh option that has an additional rinse cycle start at intervals to avoid the dreaded "musty" smell if you forget/can't remove the clothes within a reasonable time.
Not an issue with the washer, rather with lack of knowledge regarding proper use of laundry soap pods. I highly recommend not using them with this machine - if you do, you're skipping one of the best features (the soap and water pre-mix) and if you forget to put them in the machine BEFORE the clothes, you will get blue/purple permanently stained clothes. After research, found this was a common issue/class action against a major laundry soap brand.
