Attractive, but disappointing performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was reluctant to submit the review as my experience has not been positive. I purchased this washer based on reviews and product descriptions that gave it high marks for stain removal. My experience has been that even with pre-treating stains and running the three hour cycle with max soil, stain soak, and perfect steam options all selected, even basic garden stains are not removed. Also, the softener tray is never rinsed out, there is always some left over that has to be manually cleaned out, even with the minimum amount added. This is an attractive machine, runs quietly, and it does freshen the laundry, but does not actually clean it very well at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience you have faced and would be happy to see where we can help, Mbk2. It would be great if the washer alone was able to remove any and all stains. However, since it is unable to do this we have included a few suggestions on page 20 of your Use and Care Guide. Hope this helps! -Jennifer

Love my washer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the washer a lot, and the setting options are great, and it protects my delicate clothes really well. The only issue is that mold can collect in the seal around the door, and the moisture cannot drain through the weep holes. Therefore, we have to leave the door open sometimes to air it out, or it will smell. And we've had some water dripping on the floor.

Excellent Cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine cleaning great with multiple pumps. It mixes detergent with water and sprays on clothes which results in super clean clothes. Scented liner keeps washer fresh. Pet hair doesn't clog washer like other front load washers we have had. Steam features work well. Relatively quiet. Dryer control panel defective from day one with a lot of frustration and wasted time trying to get fixed. Finally got it repaired.

Clothes are Cleaner!
