Loving the instant refresh

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve been in our new house almost three weeks and I’m very happy to have the instant refresh cycle. The majority of our clothes were stored in wardrobe boxes for quite awhile and looked terrible when unpacked. Using the refresh cycle solved the problem!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once you get the settings where you want them, this dryer is great! my teenage son uses the refresh cycle to get wrinkles out, and it works. Everyone in the family loves a different aspect of this dryer. it does a great job!

Told it was QUIET

This dryer sounds like my old Volkswagen bug with headers! It is so loud that nobody can talk near it. It bangs, it rumbles, it makes sounds I have never heard before and it is terrible. Do not get one! unless you like service calls!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poorly made - lasted 2 years, 8 months, normal use

Purchased the washer/dryer combo. The dryers started rattling after 2 years and eventually the drum guides became so out of line that the drum would scrape and vibrate. The cost to repair (out of the warranty period) was not worth it since it was obvious the unit is poorly made. We opted to replace the unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
