Horrible Noise

Dryer was quiet when first purchased, but then started making loud vibrating noise. After two service calls, I am told this "noise" is normal operating. Nothing quiet about this dryer. Very disappointed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works Perfectly!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the dryer with the equivalent washer a few months ago and am very happy. I read lots of reviews about potential burning on the heater duct and none of those things have happened. On the contrary all clothes come out just about perfect in terms of dryness. Not super hot and dry but certainly not damp. The only thing to watch is the lint trap. It traps lots of lint and needs to be cleaned EVERY time you use the dryer. Also I vacuum the inside of the lint trap area to really get all the residual lint out of the cavity. I use a crevasse tool and its pretty quick work.

Love the features!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this dryer recently and I love almost everything about it! I love the many different features and drying cycles and I love the looks of the design. I do however feel like I can never use the Normal function, because it just doesn't give me a dry finished product. Regardless of the type or size of my load I dont end up with a fully dry load on the Normal setting. I just use the times dry setting and set to 6o mins and that works perfect. Otherwise no other complains or dislikes! Highly recommend!

Good dryer, miss minutes option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this dryer about 2 months now and am happy with it. It can hold a large load and dries well. My two complaints would be the lint catcher and the timed dry. The lint catcher seems to allow quite a bit of lint to pass by into the air tunnel parts and I would have thought this would be improved from my 20 year old dryer, but it's about the same. Also, I used to be able to dry by minute, but now have to choose from preset times of 30, 45, 60 minutes - or preset options of normal, towels, etc. I need about 38 minutes and now either have to run a 30 and a quick-dry or over dry with 45 or normal setting.
