Good Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer and dryer a few months ago, but just got them installed during a home remodel. This is a great dryer and plenty of features. The common problem with other/older dryers is that it takes two or more runs to actually dry the clothes. This dryer has them dry the first time, regardless of material.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The worst dryer I’ve ever owned.

I bought this dryer less than two years ago and after multiple problems and service visits, it’s still a total lemon. Just months after purchasing, it stopped working due to a factory error. A year later, it sounds like an outboard motor on a boat and I can hear it all the way upstairs even though it’s located in the basement. I would not recommend an Electrolux dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Yikes, CourtneyS! I regret to hear that your dryer is making such a strange noise. We would suggest having the appliance diagnosed by an authorized repair company. You currently have parts coverage until 2/23/19. You will only be responsible for labor and diagnosis fees. ~ Brandi

Fantastic Dryer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this unit in late July but needed to wait because the drum did not rotate. I also find that clothes get hung up along the base of the door and don't tumble dry (with small loads). Not sure why this was never discovered in the design process, but to select which size load you are doing, the laundry room light MUST be on. Can't read those words because of their color. I do like the filter and the ease of cleaning it. Haven't tried to vacuum out the base of the filter yet, but it looks open enough to work. Why don't dryer engineers make it easy to clean the lint out. Being a fire fighter, I know structure fires start this way and it is difficult to clean out what the dryer filter misses. I do love how it looks.

A tip that can assist with your clothing items gravitating towards the base of the door during a drying cycle is to shake the clothing before putting them into the dryer. You want to prevent from throwing in lumps of wet clothing. It is also recommended to clean the lint filter after every load. You are able to locate any cleaning tips for your filter in the Use and Care Guide on page 18.

AWESOME Machine
