Not very happy!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only bought this brand because it had reversible doors.
In the first three months I have had service replace at least three parts.
The dryer takes too long to dry and the automatic dry option did not shut off the dryer when the clothes are dry.
My clothes keep catching on the edge of the lint filter and ripping and twisting!
Washed bathroom rugs the other day and the rugs kept wedging between the dryer fins and the side of the dryer, stopping the dryer.
Very poor design!! Very frustrated!!

My review of your consumer account shows you should have received the replacement lint filter. A complication from the lint filter may cause the dryer to not heat properly. Please check the installation guide to ensure the door was reassembled properly after reversal. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using this set for about 6 months now, and have absolutely no regrets about my purchase. It was definitely a splurge for me as a single mom, but so completely worth it. I am originally from Europe, but have lived in the US for almost 19 years now. In all that time, I have never found a washer/dryer combo that would clean my clothes as well as this set does!

Issue with washer that will hopefully get fixed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the look and features of the washer and dryer but the washer has had an issue since day one. It doesn't read the door as closed even when it is completed closed, and we have had to call the repairman already. If that gets fixed and we don't have further issues, then I will be happy with this purchase overall.
