Great Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been holding off replacing the w/d for a while and taking the time to do some research on which one we would like best. We finally settled on this dryer and the companion washer. We have not been disappointed at all. It took a little while to get used to the settings but now that we have, the dryer works great. The sanitizing steam works perfect with a dog and we keep things fresh and smelling good. The only thing I don't like so far is if you have a few items in the dryer, they end up a bit crumpled at the bottom of the drum if you don't pull them out pretty quick. This is a very minor point. The features are great and so far cover everything we need.

For the most part we like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had this about a month. The only critique Ian that the auto cycles sometimes sense that the clothes are dry when they aren’t. I just use the timed cycles instead.

Great dryer! Low heat is really low

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not much to say about a dryer except I love the heat settings on this model. I used to drip dry my lingerie but don’t have to now since the low heat is indeed low! My unmentionables won’t get fried in this dryer. The hottest setting is great for towels and works well. There is a moisture sensor that works well too. If I set the dry level at the center point, most of the load is perfectly dry with a few waistbands needing a bit more time. Perfect! I usually hang them up at that point rather than turn the dryer back on for just waistbands. Great features, the cycles are highly customizable and I highly recommend it.

Worst purchase ever

Dryer does not dry unless you run it three times. Clothes roll up in a ball against door and stay there until you have a dry wrinkled mess. Design flaw
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
