Good Performance, But One Concern

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In general: Clear operating instructions and excellent drying. My one concern: The fabric softener receptacle is clogged, and nothing in the instructions provides guidance on how to deal with this. Any suggestions?

Great when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Generally love this dryer - but twice in the first month of its life (we have owned it 5 weeks), it has failed to heat. It seems that unplugging it (I.e. rebooting it) seems to fix it so far. Also, for very small loads items can fail to spin - and sit in the doorwell.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My husband bought me the pair-- and both have been serviced THREE TIMES within one year. I will never buy another Electrolux appliance ever again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I have an average size load it doesn't dry completely on the normal cycle. I need to use the heavy duty cycle which does stop drying when it senses is dry

Really disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the dryer for about 3 weeks and have the service technician coming tomorrow. There is no heat on the normal setting so have to use heavy duty to get my clothes dry. It takes over an hour to dry a medium sized load and the clothes come out a wrinkled mess. While they tumble dry you can watch them accumulate on the dryer door so there is no avoiding clothes falling to the floor when you open the door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great capacity, but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my new dryer for a few weeks. I used the perfect steam feature for some of my husband’s shirts. Worked well for button down casual shirts but I still ironed his dress shirts. The capacity is great for king size comforters. I gave the dryer only 3 stars because it does not give much versatility in how you dry your clothes. For example, if I use the 15 min fast dry my only option is high heat. When I put items in normal with the leaf eco sign it gives 48 min. I checked before the time was up and my items were dry so not sure the sensor is working properly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had my new Electrolux dryer for over a month now and noticed immediately how quickly it dried my laundry! I had a very good dryer before, so I was surprised to find such a difference between my old one (Maytag) and this one. I also like all of the nice features although I haven't had a chance to use them all yet. I do like the refresh feature that helps keep my laundry "fresh" until I can get around to emptying the machine.
I would recommend this to a friend!
