Still learning how to operate

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had the dryer for two weeks and are still earning all features in an attempt to get the properly dried set of clothes. Thus far at least a few of the clothes in a load would come incompletely dry while others would be perfectly dry.
In addition: the pedestal drawer is impossible to close and will open midway through the drying cycle. Apparently the latch mechanism for the pedestal drawer leaves a lot to be desired.

Great Washing Machine!
