So far So good

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have only had this for about a month now. Went from an electric dryer to this gas dryer. Switch over was easy but the two adaptors did not fit my gas line coming into the utility room. Had to go buy one before we could hook it up. It seems to dry clothes faster and it is very quite.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Like it but needed repair

From the day it was installed, the dryer makes a loud knocking sound every few minutes. We are told this is a common problem and there is a 50% chance that the parts will fix it. After 3 wks we are still awaiting parts.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Worked great at first....

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased in April and I thought it was the best dryer in the whole world it worked perfectly. Then in May one month later it stopped working. I have to say I was very disappointed because I was very impressed with it. They came out and it ended up being a belt and they are placed it and I haven't had a problem with it since. I'm just keeping my fingers crossed that my first impression is what this dryer will end up being in that this is not the start of repair after repair after repair
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not so dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The dryer was great when installed but within 3 weeks time the circuit board went out and it stopped working. I followed the instruction for repairs on mannual and have the part on order but have not received it yet 3 weeks later.
Hopefully I willlove thedryer once it finally gets repaired.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finally Both Units Are Working

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Both the washer and dryer have given us trouble at the beginning. Now after 3 install/repair visits, both units seem to be working. Washer was extremely noisy and the dryer (gas) only got hot 20% of the time.
