Nice dryer, great features, great build quality, looks great, made in America, but have a few design complaints: 1) Laundry chime/buzzer is very faint. You will likely not hear notification of dryer completion unless you are in the laundry room, so plan on paying close attention, finding a workaround, or having wrinkled clothes 2) Does not save favorite settings or re-use setting options from prior load 3) Drying times are much longer than prior dryer
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the washer and dryer set together in December. I was excited to be able to own this beautiful set.
However, it took several conversations with the salesperson to understand how to get the wrinkles out of the clothes--both from using the washer and the dryer. I had wrinkles even with soft pajamas. I have never heard of such a thing. It appears the spin cycles have an extremely high speed, and as well, vibrates my floor. It appears I have to set both washer and dryer to WRINKLE RELEASE! Why do I have to do this? It seems that with this expensive of a set I should not have to do this. To-date I have only done a few loads of laundry. I will say--the clothes seem to be much cleaner than with the old set.
I have not used this washer and dryer unit long enough to been be able to give an overall review. However, it is a beautiful set.
I would recommend this to a friend!
