Great features

I like this dryer very much. The delay start is great. Hubby loves the steam for refreshing his shirts. The only issue I see is that the "auto" detect drying doesn't seem to help get the clothes dry. They are never fully dry in the time allotted, so I wind up putting them in for longer.

Poorly designed door

We purchased a new Electrolux washer/dryer set based on the great success we had with the previous set we owned for over 12 years. The washer is fine, but there is a defect in the way the dryer door is attached and it rattles so loudly i had to have a repairman try to fix it to make it tolerable. The set is only 3 months old.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

3 Repair Visits in 10 Months

I bought this in December of 2017. I was originally pleased but then it made a noise like a bird was inside chirping. It was so loud you couldn't run it at night. I called for a repair. They came and took out some lint (even though I always cleaned lint tray after every time. He suggested I clean it out mid cycle which seemed strange but I did it and then the noise came back in 2 months. I called again and they cleaned out more lint and said Electrolux needs to design this product. Now the noise came back in 3 weeks. I have another visit today and will be requesting a new dryer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
