Love this Washer!

Poor performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It takes 3 times as long for my wash to dry. It balls up the clothes even though I stop the dryer, unwrap the ball of clothes, put it back in and start the dryer again. Still balls up the clothes and when the cycle is complete, the clothes in the "ball' at still wet. Sheets are terrible in the dryer. Still Wet. Would not purchase this again, nor recommend to anyone, to purchase this brand. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with this unit for the rest of my life.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We certainly hate to hear that you are not satisfied with your dryer. If your clothing is not dry within one cycle, you want to check a few things, such as making sure the lint filter is cleaned and that there are no venting restrictions.

An efficient and effective dryer!
