Works great but installation is a pain.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once Installed this dryer works great. With a gas dryer however the proper installation of the exhaust is very important and her I think there is a design flaw. The installation of this dryer is made extremely difficult by the short exhaust piped its tapered shape. Connecting a semi rigid 4" pipe with clamp rings is impossible because at any movement the pipe slides off. The only thing holding it in place is the metal foil tape used to seal the connection, but this does not hold and it can not be trusted to remain sealed when sliding the dryer in place.
A second problem is that there is only room for a 4" exhaust pipe along the bottom. It would be nice if there was room for a 4" pipe going up, say along the side. For installation in a 34" deep space the exhaust was routed along the floor and then up next to the dryer. When pushing the dryer back the strain on the bottom exhaust connection compromised the seals of that connection.
So, longer exhaust piper to allow enough overlap and grip for attaching a semirigid or rigid 4" pipe would have helped a lot. Or even better, a rotating 90 bend with a longer piece of pipe.

Almost perfect

Does not dry well

Esthetics are great and is easy to use, however Auto dry does not work at all, cloths always wet when done. Even time drying lacks ability to get clothes completely dry, we have had repair services out twice with no changes. This performs very poorly for the reputation of the brand and cost.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Piece of Garbage

I thought if you bought a better brand and spent a little more money that it would be quality...however, after only 4 months of just 2 of us using this dryer it required a new motor and failed to work. Don't waste your money or time off work sitting around waiting for repair men!!!
