Overrated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really excited to replace the ancient washer and dryer in our home with the Electrolux products, but they are disappointing. When the dryer indicates the load is done I find inconsistent drying - one item is completely dry and others are still damp. I'm running the dryer several cycles for each load. And the noise this thing makes when the load is done - so annoying!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
