Hey Christi52e, steam drying is a new take on an old idea, using water vapor to tackle wrinkled textiles. Steam dryers relax wrinkles, reducing the need for ironing. Unfortunately, they don't eliminate the need for ironing altogether. That would certainly be ideal in today's fast pace world. Thank you for choosing Electrolux for your appliance needs! -Jennifer
