Frustrated!!!!

I bought this set just about a year ago, I love the washer but the dryer is a thorn in my side

New washer and dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recenty had to replace my washer, so thought I might as well replace the dryer to so that they match. The dryer capacity seems a little smaller than my previous dryer. I have to break my load of dark clothes into three smaller groups to get them dry. 3 pair of jeans max is what will fit without coming out very wrinkled and tangled. I have tried all the settings and the only setting that seems to get the clothes dry is to set it on timed dry for 75 minutes and check back periodically to see if clothes are dry. Kin sheet set has to be dried in 2 loads ( fitted sheet nd 2 pillow cases, then flat sheet and 2 pillow cases). I like the glass door and the lint trap is easy to remove and clean. I have not yet tried the steam function because it would require me to read the manual.

Takes forever to dry clothes.

Bpbp, I am dismayed to hear your dryer is not drying as well as you expected. Please ensure the exhaust duct requirements have been met. Check that the outside exhaust hood or exhaust duct are not clogged or restricted. The interior of the dryer, lint screen housing and exhaust duct should be cleaned approximately every 18 months by qualified service personnel. An excessive amount of lint build-up in these areas could result in inefficient drying. If your dryer is connected to a 208 volt circuit, your drying time will be 20% longer than drying on a 240 volt circuit (page 21 in your Owner’s Manual). [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the washer for about 2 months. Fantastic is all I can say. The best feature, super quiet. I have a laundry on the first floor, just off the kitchen with concrete floors throughout with the door closed you can’t hear it running at all
