Broke down after 6 months of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine worked well for 6 months but now sounds like a lawn mower. I have had 2 service calls and had rollers and idler arm replaced but it's still is really loud and now working correctly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Does a good job cleaning

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine does a good job cleaning, but we have had an ongoing issue of the bleach compartment holding water after a cycle. And, we found out it will have to be taken apart to be cleaned if it ever starts to smell. So, great machine - but make sure you run the cleaning cycle every month.

Very quiet!
