Suds a go go

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased three weeks ago. This is my second pair as the first pair had major issues. Not pleased with the wash quality and for that matter the build quality as well. Previous models washed better. The current model leaves soap in the drum after an 84 min wash cycle using min levels of HE soap. Have to run a separate rinse cycle after the wash cycle is finished. In summary, the previous model was better built and did a much better job washing clothes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Knocking sound when running

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this about a month ago and the machine has had a knocking sound when running since purchase. The manual says it should go away after the first few minutes of use, but mine has been doing it constantly.
Other then that the machine dries clothes very well. I like the steam option for getting out wrinkles. I just wish for the price paid It would be quieter then the 15 year old dryer I had previously.

Immediate issues

I bought the dryer in late June, 2017 and almost immediately after installation noticed a very pronounced friction sound coming on every turn of the dryer drum. I am going to open a service call this week. Still there.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love doing laundry!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this set a month or so ago, and doing laundry has been... well, FUN! The Electrolux 617STT set is fabulous. The drums seem so roomy and our clothes are very clean with using minimal Tide Liquid Soap. The noise level is so much quieter than our previous washer and dryer. I can honestly say we are extremely happy with our purchase.
