Works well--when it works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer chiefly because it's one of the few on the market that offers the option of a right-hand hinge, necessary for our space. For the first three months, we liked it fine. The dryer worked efficiently, made little noise, offered an array of settings (even too many). But after three months, it locked up and wouldn't work. The tech was a week out, and he fixed the bad switch behind the door assembly, and that solved the problem. But for a major appliance to go south in three months? The previous appliances lasted decades without needing repair. I might recommend this dryer if it even approaches that record, but sitting here now, I can't yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Mystery performance

Overall great dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our dryer for about a month now. With a baby we use it quite often and it has been Reay. One area of improvement would be the sensor for the auto cycles. Clothes still come out a bit damp so we always have to add time. Probably better a bit damp than a bit burnt. Overall we are satisfied with the product though

Great dryer for families

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this dryer about 5 months ago and I couldn't be happier with the performance. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that we did have a defect in a part, a bracket holding the motor, that is now causing me to have no dryer for over 2 weeks, which is a huge inconvenience for a family of 4. It is being repaired by a friendly technician.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never had a steam feature before but all my work shirts and polo shirts come out with ZERO wrinkles.This dryer is super quiet and the display easy to read and understand felt like I had been using it for years so simple.

High capacity!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this dryer except it's a little finicky to close. For the price, it should close firmly and easily. Perhaps a call to the repairman would help this as it could have been an installation problem. otherwise, it's a great machine and I love the steam and refresh features as well as the sheer amount of clothes I can fit in it!
