Shredder disguised as a dryer

I have had this dryer less than a year. About two months ago it started destroying my clothes. They get caught in the lint filter, which we keep very clean (obviously a very bad design) and get pulled to pieces as the dryer drum rolls. As this happens the whole load gets rolled into a VERY tight knot, further damaging the clothes. We called about it and all they were willing to do was send us a new filter. I feel sure that this will only keep happening because the basic design is flawed. If you see this dryer, don't walk away. Run.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the pair a little over a month ago. Looks gorgeous and works great. I never owned a dryer that had a stainless steel drum. I think it has it's advantages of keeping the heat more around the clothes.

Love the 15 minute cycle!

I discovered the 15 minute cycle, which lets me put all the clothes in and then remove knit shirts that are wrinkle free but still damp so that I can stretch them out a bit and finish drying them on hangers. Dries clothes quickly, even a feather comfort!

I wasn't so sure about a front-loader and it seems to be great- can't comment on the water usage though since we just moved in so do not have anything to compare it to.
