LOUD!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought the washer and dryer as a pair three months ago and i am disappointed in the machines. They seem to clean fine but the washer is very loud and we have already had to call a tech out to inspect a leak. The dryer is also loud especially when drying clothes with metal buttons. Our old models were quieter. Overall not thrilled with the units, wish we would have purchased a different set.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Finding dryer harder to learn what cycles are best for clothes. Have had a difficult time drying delicates to be completely dry. Doesn't seem to have a buzzer available to signal end of cycle.

Catie, I know getting used to a new appliance can be exciting and frustrating at the same time. Good news, the audible chime is adjustable on your dryer! Press and hold the options/set button, to mute and unmute the end of cycle chime (page 14 in your Owner’s Manual has more information). Your dryer is the 600 series, you will find information on dryness levels and options on page 17 in your Owner’s Manual.
