Front Loader Washer and Dryer

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My new washer and dryer was delivered on March 17th. I mostly love both the washer and dryer. However I am a little disappointed with the washer. It doesn't dry out. I have to dry it with a towel and leave the door open. If I close the door condensation appears on the glass. I have heard horror stories of front loaders having issues with mold on the washer. My salesman assured me that this was no longer an issue. Well, it is still an issue. It washes great and the dryer is wonderful. If the washer issue could just be resolved. The owners manual is definitely not very user friendly. I wish it was easier to read and diagnose issues. I had to resort to the internet when the washer gave an error code. The owners manual had no section with error codes. I called the Electrolux company and was told that the wait time was 40+ minutes. I stayed on the call for 35 minutes was connected then was disconnected when they transferred my call. I was very disappointed with the lack of customer service. I tried to call back but again the wait time was unacceptably long.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Has many features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is much better than what I had previously having said that one I had was almost 20 years old. I bought this for the steame feature, thinking that it would be less wrinkly but the laundary still comes out wrinkled specially the dress shirts, and even the wrinkle free shirts. Maybe I'm doing something wrong?

Hey there Palajito! I am glad that you chose us for your dryer needs. Some tips that can help with your matter, is to shake your clothing items when removing them from the washer. The perfect steam option actually injects steam into the clothing prior to cool down to reduce wrinkling. I sure hope this helps. Easy to operate, quiet, love the digital aspect, if a dryer can be gorgeous than this one would be it.. Traps lint well. Learning settings, but drying time appears to dry very well. Expensive but I think it is worth it. Bought the pedestal and the door height is perfect. Also bought the matching washer.
