Large Capacity, excellent cleaning, short cycles.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thrilled! Washes clothes much more thoroughly than my last washer with an very large capacity. Main cycles are approximately 45 to 47 minutes so it saves time. Very happy with my purchase.

Takes a long time to dry

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this four months ago. While it is solidly built and easy on the clothes, it takes an excessively long time to dry light loads. It seems to work better if we put it on heavy rather than the regular cycle.

Hey karenw, sounds like a frustrating situation. Let me see if I can help! Long drying times can be a result of restricted air flow. Make sure all lint has been removed from the dryer lint filter before starting each cycle. If you use dryer sheets, a buildup can occur on the filter, and would need to be cleaned (page 18 in your Owner’s Manual has more information). Double check that the exhaust duct requirements have been met (one is that the exhaust duct must be at least 4 inches in diameter and make of rigid or semi-rigid metal), consult your installation instructions. Please check the outside exhaust to ensure there is nothing blocking it (spring time and critters). Great machine

Possibly the best washer ever!
