Problems with HE products in the washer.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this 6 months ago. I like it but the softner clogs up, not happy with that at all and using HE. Previous washer had no trouble. I wish I could put more in and water drips out when I open the front after the wash. It is ok, but not as happy as I would like.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the washer and dryer set in December 2016; I've been trying to contact the warranty dept in regards to the dryer because it will not operate when in the timer is set in Auto mode. Hopefully someone will be contacting me soon.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was disappointed with the steam cycle. It really did not remove the folds and left blotches of water on my clothes. I found when I need to fluff my clothes that the 15 min quick dry was more effective. Also the top of my appliances got scratches very easy even though I had used placemats to avoid scratches.

My Best Friend!!!

It used to be such a boring and tedious task having to do the laundry. I literally dreaded it! However, since my husband gave me my new Front Load Perfect Steam™ Washer with LuxCare™ Wash and SmartBoost™ and the Front Load Perfect Steam™ Electric Dryer with Instant Refresh, doing laundry now is an enjoyable and fast chore for me. What a difference comparing to the regular top load washer and dryer system. I now jokingly tell my family that I have a professional dry cleaner instead because of the incredible results that I get with both machines. Our wardrobes look fantastic. They do not suffer anymore. With these machines, you always get the perfect setting, accurate temperature, gentle spin and it even sanitizes, has an allergen cycle and steam the fabric when necessary-- and best of all…I save so much time and money. I am now the “hero” at home!

If I need a quick wash or quick refresh, I've got it! It's hard to believe I didn't know what I was missing until I bought this great set. You will not be disappointed with these appliances.
