[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for a second story laundry room. Previously I had to return another brand front loader, due to excessive vibration. This set works well, even when washing throw rugs or other heavy items. We do a lot of laundry and have found the small load quick wash to be great when washing items for our special needs child.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had our washer and dryer for over a month now, and love them. They do not come with the bells and whistles like mobile apps or dozens of different customizable wash cycles, but do you know what they do? They wash and dry clothes really well. I worry that with other machines that have all those features, much of the cost of the machine is for the "smart" features, and the quality of the functional washer/dryer components gets sacrificed. Until they invent an app that can sort, load, empty and fold clothes, I will stay away from those features.

I am not tech. person and have some based questions such as how to use different functions. the tech. service answer all questions. My stress went away. Thanks.
